Your data is stored at Remsgateway.com through ETECHASP http://www.etechasp.us/terms-and-conditions.htmldata storage, databases and general applications. REMS and database information is stored on a EMC SAN with redundant servers with an onsite and offsite backup the runs across an encrypted tunnel, along with we offer a battery backup and surge protection and the natural gas generator starts in 1 min from grid power loss and we have the generator tested and serviced many times each year.
